Reinforcing Stereotypes

Reinforcing Stereotypes

I'm sure there's a fair portion of the world that thinks that snowboarding in June is a regular thing in Canada. Oh, if only that were true.

A few years ago we had a ridiculous amount of snow fall on the local mountains. Mid winter there was about five meters of snow at Cypress Bowl which meant that, in June, there was still about two meters of snow left at the top of the mountain. Hence the reason for the t-shirt and clear blue sky. It was about 25℃ out and perfect for doing a few jumps, having a few beers and hanging out.

It's all about living in the most beautiful city in the world. IMHO.

Colour-correction and sharpening in Photoshop.
