The Tendril

The Tendril

If I look at the edge of that tendril, I think that it unfolds to form the leaves in my "Emerging Leaves" photo - but I'm not positive. It's been quite a while since I took either of these photos.

Nearly every day I find something like this to inspire me. Recently, I have spent more time scanning - and loving how the colour of the slides translates in the scans - than I have taking pictures of the autumn leaves. Oh well, there are plenty left on the trees and some nice but chilly weather for the next few days so I've got some time to be productive.

Fuji Velvia 100, scanned, colour corrected, sharpened in Photoshop.
