Winter Harbour

Winter Harbour

This is about a 15 second exposure looking down Burrard Inlet and some of the port facilities lining the north shore. It was taken a few weeks ago when we had that cold snap and the big dump of snow. I got access to the roof again and spent a good half hour up there and shot a whole roll of film. Normally, if I get one good shot per roll I'm satisfied. With this shoot, nearly every shot is worthy of this site at least. I guess it's due to the amazing view and the fact that I'm very familiar with the location and was able to plan out the shots as the light changed.

Have no fear, They'll be up here soon enough.

Fuji Velvia 100, scanned, colour corrected, sharpened in Photoshop CS3.
